Damon Russell, CEO
Damon has over 20 years' experience in the telecommunications, telemarketing and dating industries and has been responsible for key client relationships and the business' sales strategy since its inception.
David Burstein, COO
With a long career in electronic design and development David saw the opportunity for online dating and pioneered an online dating service in 1997. As a co-founder of our online dating service he brings unparalleled insight in the operational requirements of running a highly successful dating business.
Matthew Pitt, Managing Director
Matthew has over 20 years of media experience spanning the media, advertising and consultancy sectors. Matthew has responsibility for the day to day operations including strategy, product development, new business and revenue generation. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultants and a Certified Management Consultant.
Duncan Forrest, CTO
Duncan has been focussed on internet solution development from the inception of the public internet. Co-founder of our online dating service he is responsible for the technical architecture, ongoing development and management of the development team. Duncan's extensive technical expertise and system understanding ensures we deliver world class dating platforms for our clients.
Duncan Cunningham, CIO
Duncan has spent his career in the telecommunications industry, specifically involved in the premium rate and automated interactive voice response sectors for the last 20 years. Duncan has responsibility for our technical strategy and product development and combines a very high level of technical knowledge with a strong, commercially-orientated approach.
Neil Morey, CFO
Neil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. Neil has worked for a number of blue chip companies including Scottish & Newcastle, MFI and Express Newspapers. Neil has responsibility for all finance, legal and human resources matters in the company.
